Meet Jake
Baida Building is owned and operated by Jake Baida, a licensed builder with over 10 years of experience in residential construction and carpentry.
Jake’s background spans detailed carpentry through to full residential builds, including multi-storey homes up to three storeys. His experience on site — not just in management — gives him a practical understanding of how homes should be built properly from the ground up.
As an owner–operator, Jake remains personally involved throughout each project. Clients deal directly with the builder responsible for the workmanship, coordination and final result — ensuring accountability, clear communication and a consistent standard of quality from start to finish.
Jake approaches every build with a straightforward, respectful and solution-focused mindset, treating each home with the same care he would his own.
